vineyards or in the wine cellar
optimal technology promotes the
preservation of quality. From
planting the vines to bottling the wine.
CLIMATE
Besides the soil, the climate has
the greatest influence on the quality
of the grapes. The proximity to
Lake Balaton creates a microclimate
that enables us to harvest top quality
grapes as early as August. The
volcanic soil conditions produce
exceptionally mineral rich wines
with a long shelf life.
